Scheduler Access

Hi does anyone know if we allowed to ask to see scheduler as colleagues being quoted times allowed for their aisles with pressure to complete in said times.  Also what is covered in time  e.g. does it allow for dragging delvery stock out and taking back completed backstock cages, splitting mixed cages etc. Any info would be much appreciated.

They could do.

SYP will only take up time which could be better used to serve the customer.

They tried this a couple of years ago time and motion an each cage, wonder if this time if it's an attempt to discipline fixed term contract people out of a job??

All target hours on the replenishment scheduler are for in aisle replenishment only, they do not include stock movement for running cages, pre sorting should be done prior to this allowed time also however post sort for backstock is included, replenishment of promotional areas like power aisles is also not included in the in aisle times. If anyone is been challenged with SYP against these times I would suggest documenting daily what has been requested outside of the in aisle times and possible taking pictures of any agency cages you are been asked to break down.
