No employee number?
« on: 09-12-18, 02:27AM »
Hi there,

This is my first post so sorry if it sounds a bit dumb

I started working for the company on the 24th of November and have worked a few shifts.

I also did some overtime this week in a different store.

When I called up my own store (I work 2 days a week) and said how do I inform them of these hours
they said I won't be paid in this pay (14th Dec) because I don't have a employee number yet?

Does this mean even my contracted hours? I know I should ask my store but I'm clueless about who is who

You will be paid for your basic hours worked. Not sure when they authorised you on the system but employee numbers take approximately 10 days to go live. Any overtime you've worked will carry over and will be paid in January's pay.
