Safe hands
« on: 05-07-18, 08:13PM »
Hi guys just quick question.I'm I express and my am has left for a career break for 3 months, he is not being replaced and I've been given the 'a' for the stores day to day. Am I entitled to some sort of step up payment for the extra workload or do I just grin and bear it? I'm hoping to get to am options at some point so this would help me. Thanks

so basically tell them to eff off, really annoys me at the amount of people wiling to do stuff for a company that treats you as an expendible cost

Don't do anything not in your job description and for which you are not paid. Nobody will give a toss about your willingness, they'll just mark you down as someone they can use to their own end. Essentially, never try to impress by going the extra yard for the company, the day will come when you are shafted by them and wish you had never bothered.

The Lead managers and TMs need someone to blame for the f*** ups and to work all hours. If you believe that is safe hands!
