I would just like to ask if I may to people with avatars if your particular one has any particular reason.
My choice of avatar, having a basic understanding of Taoism, was chosen because the picture Yinyang covers the world, and due to recent events at home and in work I have become to realise and have to except... opposites have to exist> there is good and bad, light and dark in everything.
The control I think comes from balancing the 2 of the opposites not sup ressing the 1.
My Avatar has the meaning of No back stabbing.
This sort of partnership derives from Roman times when Julius Ceasar had his back stabbed by those close to him.
I too have come to accept that nothing changes. The only problem I have is, partnerships are one sided and has more yin than yang. : :D

18r is not holding on to his holiday form , its a contract which allows him double time for Sundays , night premiums payable from 8.00pm not 10.00pm , time and a half for any overtime worked above 36.5 hours , also excludes him from being a checkout relief , and he does not have to do flexible hours , :D ;D ;D lol.
Mine shows my interest in martial arts my main is judo(black belt) shotokan (black belt) wing chun kung fu bjj and I have/do them all
... of which comes in handy when kicking the s**t out of inebriated customers.
