It doesn't matter.
I had a discussion regarding OT rates in different countries and then found this online. I must say that in most of the countries employees are better off compared to UK which creates a huge opportunity for creating zero hours contracts in here.

You could talk about overtime rates in Guatemala it has as much relevance, not sure what you hope to gain from it?

The UK has always had among the weakest employment laws out of the advanced economies (beaten only by the USA).

Really, we have been in the EU with their employment laws since the 70s, However there is room for improvement and to do that we need a Labour government because the Torys are not the working mans party.
