If you are driving past your house or a family members house are we allowed to use that toilet on a run?

If the urgency was that bad I would not hesitate if the alternative was too many minutes away.

Here's a tricky one  the policy states you shouldn't go home, a tribunal recently said you can, good luck trying to explain the law to a Tesco manager though  its harder than playing chess with a pigeon and normally ends the same.

You can use any toilet you have access to,  I've used people's I know several times and never had an issue.

I would not use a private customer's loo but no qualms if it is a non-personal customer such as company canteen, doctor's surgery etc.
