Anyone seen the new body cameras they are dishing out?

Don't know about new ones, but we have been using them all year on self-serve and off till.
The colleagues in these areas love them as it stops the customers throwing abuse their way/and or making things up about the colleagues when the duty manager arrives to deal with the angry/upset customer.

I will point out they Only Record when the colleague want them too.
They do not record all the time or against the colleagues will.

It's cut down the abuse from customers too colleagues in these areas significantly.

Can only be seen as a positive for staff. How often have staff not been believed by a manager from the word of a customer?

They'll be really useful for putting the screws to the managers, 90% of their job is talking rubbish, this will make it harder for them.

Start recording when the management come  :)
