The single manning of the garage is causing mayhem , no one will wear the headset , people are being made to wear it on checkouts , so serving and trying to listen in , if there is a problem they can't leave the till , there is just not enough staff to wear it in store , what staff we have are always on red calls , its not working

   Can  somebody on here please tell me are we suppose to do our logbook by a certain time
