I currently have 8bank holidays and a personal day working 5 days a week if I cut my days to 4 will my bank holiday entitlement drop along with yearly holiday entitlement for reference I work in distribution.

Holidays you've accrued you will keep, but if you contractually drop the amount of hours worked then your annual holiday allowance will drop pro rata to the new contracted level of hours

Holidays are not based on contractual hours but contractual days.

@valleyboy holidays are worked out on hours not days actually,if your contracted 2 ×4 hour and 1 ×7.5 hour shift your weeks holiday would be worth 15.5 hours.but if you book 3 long shifts off you use 22.5 hours
