If you are dismissed due to your inability to return to work due to ill health , are you supposed to receive a letter informing you of the decision to terminate your employment.
Yes you certainly are meant to be given or sent a letter.
Yes, you should also have had at least 4 formal long term absence meetings and been referred thru occupational health at least twice.
