In appreciation of your support these enhancements include full access to all areas of the site, the ability to create topics, upload photos and avatars. It also grants the ability to send/receive Personal Messages (PM), the contents of which must not be posted on the forum. In the event that you receive an abusive PM please retain it's contents and contact a moderator or administrator.  Any Personal Messages  older than 2 years are liable to deletion.  The enhanced membership does not confer any extra rights or give immunity from VLH terms & conditions.

The primary purpose of VLH is for members to help each other and discuss their problems, it is not nor was it ever intended to be an advertisement for Tesco, there fore unduly or excessively promoting or praising of the company may be edited or deleted out of posts or post deleted in its entirety.  Action may be taken in the case of member(s) persistently doing so.

The Administrators of this forum reserve the right to amend this agreement. Members are advised to check the agreement regularly.
