Does anyone know what happens with regards to an attendance review meeting when you have been off sick then come back for a couple of days and then go on holiday for 2 weeks?

If it's deemed an AR meeting is needed, then that should take place within 8 days of the welcome back.

However, in your case, it should be agreed between yourself and your manager that the AR be postponed to the soonest date on your return from holiday, usually your first day back.

You should not be requested to attend an AR during your holiday.

It either 7 days unless you're a 2 day or 2 days worker.
And if there is an opportunity to hold the AR with notice before you're hokidayvit has to happen before your holiday.
If you returned and worked at least 2 days then the AR should have been done before the holiday.
