New structure for former metro stores turned express

Does anyone know when the new structure for express stores which were former metro stores happen? For example in express stoess they ahbr no  night shift fill during fresh during the day and grocery during the evening.1 manager and few shift leaders.

Currently in my store which was former metro has 1 store manager 1 line manager manager for night and more than 10 shift leaders morning day evening and night. It also has around 45 staff members with 10 people on nights.

So how long until the all metro that became express stores share the same structure completely as Express with no nights no large amount of staff no line manager and fewer shift leaders?

I also work nights and right now we are struggling with low amount of staff on nights unlike before. So the new pick and fill contract states that staff have to be trained everywhere how is that possible when we are struggling already on night and wouldn't be able to go on checkout or do labels gap scan etc. It was surprising when manager offered that I work morning and evenings a few months ago considering they are struggling on nights. They are hiring more people on morning and evening which is strange considering that it is express store now and they have far to many people in Morning and evening.

10 Shift Leaders?? You gotta have quite a few part timers in there surely.

In the morning abd evening they have 9 shift leaders avd also 1 line manager avd store manager.

10 shift leaders for 45 headcount seems excessive,my old store has 90 headcount and only 3.5. Surely some are just step up trained

They have far to many shift leaders in many store they also have far to many staff in morning abd evening barely anyone on nights. I strongly believe they will cut nights in our store which was former metro.
