Heres a breakdown and a few sample questions you might be asked!

1st Part:
- Discussion of PDP and latest review
- Discussion of knowledge of your current job
- Discussion of Transferable Skills/Qualities
- Discussion of how role fits with career and how you fit with the role

2nd Part: Leadership Skills
- Customer Focus: How have you delivered for our customers?
- Developing Self & Others: Have you developed somebody else? How? What did this look like?
- Team Working: What role do you play within the team?
- Personal Integrity: Tell me about a time when you have made a decision at Tesco that you did not agree with.
- Drive: How have you demonstrated your personal drive at Tesco when under pressure?

3rd Part: Technical Skills
- How you would go about Coaching / Training on your Department
- What you would do if a member of staff wasn't delivering to standards
- Team 5
- Mystery Shopper Report, One In Front Report, Voids, Scan Rate etc why are they useful?

4th Part:
All about your circumstances; when you can work etc
