Who else is getting sick of delivering and only being told during the delivery (not at the start) that the customer is covid positive, tesco taking no sufficient action to ensure customer make us aware before tesco take their order. Duty of care failure big time.
I had 3 out of 10 deliveries recently all positive.
Treat *all* customers as if they are Covid Positive.
At our store a group of us have been testing a new app - has co-ordinates to everything including holiday homes and we can add an icon if someone tells us they're covid positive so we can let other drivers know - it automatically removes itself after a set period
