Sick pay policy and "meetings" whilst off sick.

I have seen other threads on this but they were a couple of years old so thought it best to start a new one.
Simple question first....which should be easy to find the answer somewhere but I'm struggling.
In terms of contracted hours, up to which day are we paid when we get on a Friday? Is it the previous Saturday?

Next question: I think I've not been paid the correct sick pay.
So, I work 2 days per week. I know about the three day waiting period.

So during that time, am I right to assume I get nothing. So no company sick pay or stat sick pay.

So effectively my three day period is one and a half weeks of my normal contracted hours.

So, from day 4, I'm expecting to get company sick pay. I.e. my normal contracted salary?

But all I seem to have is SSP of £95 covering 4 or 5 shifts.

Any help much appreciated

In terms of contracted hours you're paid up until the Saturday following pay day i.e. the next day.

You're right about getting paid from the 4th day bring a week and a half but if you're not entitled to company sick pay you'll only get ssp. When you get company sick pay it tops up ssp to your normally salary.

You didn't say how long you were off sick for though so it's not clear.

If I get paid to the next day I've been deducted even more than I thought. I believe I am entitled to CSP? I've been with Tesco for more than 12 years so should be entitled to at least 16 weeks. I have not had any sick pay ever before.

I have been off for 9 shifts including "Sat 17th". I self certified first two shifts and had fit notes ( not fit to work) from doctor covering subsequent dates. I am still signed off now. I'm assuming I should have got 3 shifts at zero plus 6 at "ssp+csp" being equivalent  of normal pay. Does "normal pay" include Sunday supplement?

Any sickness absence from Friday 09 October will be on next months pay.

Holidays, absence, overtime, etc would be FRIDAY 11 SEPTEMBER 2020 â€" THURSDAY 08 OCTOBER 2020 for this month.
Basic Pay would be SUNDAY 20 SEPTEMBER - SATURDAY 17 OCTOBER

When I log in to this site there is a Pay Table on the top right hand side which confirms this

I am sure there is a minimum contract for eligibility to SSP. 13 hours or 120 a week pay.

That's true but in that best you'll just get company sick pay making up the whole amount where you're entitled to cap.
