If you are a union member GET YOUR REP involved from the beginning. All too often as reps we find members do not call us in until final written warning. MANY times reading the previous notes the warnings issued are wrong and not done right and NEVER NEVER sign anything you are unhappy with and ask to seek advice. once signed you have accepted your to blame.
