You have a right to redundancy pay if you'll have worked for your employer for at least 2 years by the time your current job ends. To get your redundancy pay, you'll also need to: refuse the alternative job before your current job ends, or before the end of the alternative job's 4-week trial.

whether this part applies ^ when searching - from citizens advice? if so may be a bit up poop creak.

I was made redundant after 10 years service, I took a new job before I got my redundancy money, do you think I could still claim this, after all I did work for there for 10 years

@ filling-machine...thank you for the clarification.

@ FarmerFred...there you have it...a vague reference by the OP to a document, which turns out to be letter sent to all managers...oh the curse of repping, dealing with half truths and pleadings of ignorance  :-X

Slightly more back on topic of "pay review" - T&sco remind us how fairly they treat us all by only increasing the "base salary" of Ken by 3% next year - compared to our bumper 9.1% increase (which covered about 11 months of the year - but let's not pick bones eh!)

Quote from: lucgeo on 14-05-24, 02:38PMAye I agree...but they have to have been informed of them to agree in the first place.

They can't work under protest if they haven't been consulted on the changes to make a protest against them.

The OP gives the impression that a document may or may not have had changes on it, but they weren't brought to the attention of anyone to whom it might affect?
Managers were sent a letter regarding the new bonus plan and the contractual changes linked to it.
