Sorry if this is in the wrong area:

I am trying to login to our tesco, but I keep getting the error message "Validation error: validation failed: there was a problem decrypting there secret. Response status: 400"

Any ideas?

Another hack maybe?

I've been looking into it, apparently onelogin (the ones who handle the login process i think??) have got an issue saying "OneLogin Engineers have identified an issue with Single Sign-On Services, some customers may be unable to reach their portal. We are working to quickly restore service." so i assume its them, not our logins?

you should have two factor set up?

The chances are that you are trying to login on your phone or tablet at home. In order to do that you need to be set up by a mgr instore. This has been since the cyber attack in oct. You should be able to use the computer at work to login. If it still does not let you in ask one of mgrs to send for another password. Only takes a day.

There was a glitch in the system yesterday. For a short time we could not even get to sign on at a works computer.

I can get into our tesco, from my mobile , I generally log in several times a day but I'm not getting the login text message password and I'm not in store. Another colleague said she can't log in either, is it an issue for anyone else
