I have the 'i' and the Mail, both on prepay coupon.

Recently the local Express store has started getting error messages on one of them - not the same one every time.

Even more recently they've had a till update and now can't put through as plain 'manufacturer's coupon' - if it won't scan they reject it.  Which means I either have to pay twice, or go to another shop - further away.

Anyone come across this and any ideas?  I am getting rather fed up of it, and I suspect, they of me.

Thry joined after though, so would be 12 then, but still stands that they should of been made aware of how many hours before accepting and offered a trial possibility if it's classed as a flexible which it looks like, it kinda seems like it's been done way out of correct process so they should raise as a concerning issue.

So I'd question how the role you have been offered ie even allowed to be created.

Depends on when they joined the company, if they joined before the new contracts started then they can reduce hours to a minimum of 7.5, if joined after new contracts then a minimum of 12 hours.

True, but this should have all been clearly explained to the OP *before" they committed to making the move.

That didn't work for me a year or so back.  Went to the local store's mobile shop instead and they were able to sort out the deal I was after on their computer.
