Colleague response team
« on: 14-01-20, 09:38PM »
Have you ever heard of the colleague response team?
They are apparently part of work place relations?

If so can you explain what they do?

Many Thanks  :D

They are not based in stores, they do not cover managers duties and cannot give an instant warning, its simply the team who respond to incoming communications from staff, for example if you e-mailed customer service raising a staff issue, for example incorrect payment of wages this is the team who would reply and if needed contact the appropriate person to sort the problem out.

Hilarious...obviously the OP is new member, and possibly a newbie colleague asking the question as a concern. Ah well, at least you got a laugh out of it! Now can you go buy me  a tin of tartan paint and some elbow grease...

And while you're there, ask for a left handed screwdriver and a long stand  ;)

I've worked for Tesco over a year and it's the first I've heard of this myself..... Nobody tells you anything at Tesco.

They are just a team at head office who help advise after all the personnel managers got paid off.  They advise on the contents of letters, decisions etc to avoid tribunals.
