I have a disciplinary soon and I will be the next one to commit if it doesn't go in my favour. I will make sure I leave a letter to the SM in person who must've sacked about 30/40 people in my store during his reign.

If the disciplinaries are procedurally unfair, you and the sacked ex-colleagues need to try claim unfair dismissal/constructive dismissal, the more it happens successfully, the bigger the problem the SM and to a certain extent the PM becomes for the suits in Head Office.
