Disciplinary proceedings for misconduct can result in a wide range of outcomes from No further Action to dismissal. I'd advise you speak to a rep to see where your particular case is likely to lead.

The hub is the system being introduced where stores cctv will be centrally monitored, and any issues communicated to the store manager. A big one is pulling / pushing roll cages incorrectly. Possible gross misconduct ( under h and s).
Big Brother will soon be watching you. You have been warned.

Yes, as the system has to be fitted into the stores, we all got a A4 sheet of paper telling us what was happening and that any breach of policy found by the hub may result in an investigation and possible action.

You need to tell a manager or call the protector line if you witnessed internal theft. If a colleague is willing to steal from the till today, what's to say tomorrow they wont steal personal possessions from you.

Rugboy00 but you accuse people based on comments on forums so who would believe you. On summary based on the evidence above your as much of an arse as the alleged criminal.

Cleaner1. Do you work as a CA for Tesco or are you a cleaner for them?

If the till is out by hundreds this will show up on the various cash reports and should be investigated. If managers are turning a blind eye then I would take the matter to a higher level of management.

CCTV is kept for 30 days unless its being used for an investigation.
