My job code was changed from w88c to w43b
They changed my pay slip
When I question it I was told that I would not get paid on the old number as it dose not exist.
I did sign the change but I also put a note saying that I'm only agreeing for my wage .
If Tesco has lied then I will seek action agaisted bullied under false pretence .

Tesco went from having approx 700 job codes to approx 300 job codes . All job codes were reviewed a few months ago . You should get a new contract to sign .

I haven't signed any form.  I was brought a contract to sign but refused.  They should have the decency to give me a letter explaining the code change.  The new schedule doesn't start for another 4 months in our store.  Once they don't pay me I'll have them for with holding my earnings.  >:(

It will change regardless if you sign anything or not . For most it's just an irrelevant formality but for a few it was affecting grades (pay rate) .but those people were brought in for meeting and had it explained.

I understand concern around this because my department has no code for nights although all other departments do, my TM said she adds another code for nights, I didn't sign it but it will change regardless.

C is night worker, B is twilight. I also am pi nights in W44C
can I ask a question unrelated to job code, I also work P.I nights which I've just started and unsure what hours throughout tesco are for our dept, I work 7-2 am but hear it should be only until 12, is this correct as I have no idea what hours are correct.

I am on pi, I do 9pm-5:30am. There are 2 others that do 8pm-3am, and 2 days, one does 4-noon, the other 4-9am. Most of the time we fill as not enough work on the department anymore.

If the job load has dropped then I would suggest you make sure you have redundancy protection on any mortgage you may have, and any loans.
