Right first off i don't work at tosco anymore, so this is second hand from someone who still works in the company and apparently it's on the tesco people web page, week 6 or 8 more changes to management, anyone heard or seen this?

Wouldn't surprise me if all Managers become shift leaders. Save a fortune and to be honest the company probably needs it. Could be more in the brown than any of us have thought.

It’s another soft launch as team managers return to duty manager role, not that this changed in most extras, supers so essentially a paper change.

None of the stores on our group changed to lead team being on duty.

So a waste of paper, and some money too. When will company stop doing stupid things that don't make any difference.
