Bye bye tosco
« on: 28-06-17, 10:08PM »
Well I'm done left today with immediate effect and now retired. Thanks to everyone on vlh for the advice, laughs, and some really outstanding posts. Will I still shop at tosco, yes I still have friends there and it keeps them in a job, even though majority want redundancy. Future of tosco doesn't looked good for the company and everyone below senior team, I hope you get redundancy if that's what you want, but look for that other job as well. I'll pop on now and again see what's happening,my membership runs out next year then stockrotateman will be gone. God bless keep up the good work, sing it matt.

Happy retirement fella!

Yes,no need to bite your nose off to spite your face is it and like you say it's a good way of keeping in touch with you ex colleagues/friends.

I hope Optout will forgive my presumptuousness  :D

I took redundancy when nights went in my store last November. It's great not to have all the stress & uncertainty that I had with stressco. Wishing you a long & happy retirement  :)

Have a good retirement, take it easy and look after yourself !
My Opinion is exactly that, Mine.  Based on my view of what I know , see and what I would do.
