I have always worked Sundays.
What I want to know is, if I was to change my Sunday to a Tuesday for instance, and I changed in December (for instance), would I have to pay back some of what I was given? Because this would be before the 18 months would be up. Hope that makes sense.

In other words, what you're asking is...will there be a clause attached to any payout saying that you agree to continue working on Sundays for a certain period of time, & if so, would breaking said clause forfeit the payout?

No one seems to know anything for sure whether it be about managers or anyone else.

Can't find another post about pay but since our pay increase on my pay slip my hourly rate is 8.181 when before it was 8.21?  I imagine I'm being thick but what's .181?

Pay rate pre July 1st was £8.021 (£8.02)  and now it is £8.181 (£8.18). If you work Sundays the hourly rate of pay has fallen overall because the premium has been reduced by half so pre July 1st the Sunday rate was £12.03 that has now fallen to £10.22 so if you are taking home less that could be why.
