You're supposed to find the duty manager when you start.


Staff Handbook states:
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RETURN TO WORK?

If you are an open food handler, you will be asked to complete a Food Handler's Return to Work Questionnaire.
The DM will arrange for you to have a WB meeting with a manager or TL during your first shift back at work to discuss the following:

{Your fitness to return to work
The reason for your absence
Your overall absence record and any trends
Any recurring health issues
Team5 updates where applicable

If your absence is over the attendance review level, you will be asked to attend an AR meeting. This will take place within 7 days following the day you returned to work, and the following will be discussed:

Your reason for absence
Your attendance history
Any action that could be taken by you or the company to improve your attendance
Any reasonable adjustments to help you attend work if appropriate
Any next steps

If there are no appropriate next steps or reasonable adjustments to be made, continued absence above the attendance review level may result in disciplinary action. All staff have the right to representation at every discipline and grievance meeting.
