Well my day starts as even when the birds are still asleep, I have to be wake by 3.00-3.30am so I can travel to work and arrive for 4.00-4.30 am
Once signed in I get all the reports from the printer and sort them into the relevant departments. Then the fun can begin.
Labels are printed off and put into their relevant sections I sign onto the PDA and off we go to ensure all the legal labels are out onto the shop floor by 7.00 am and scale checks have been completed attaching all information to the pulled off reports.
By now my fellow colleagues have arrived and they are starting the tasks I have set them for the day.
I review the reports that are to be given to the managers, and any mistakes on the reports are given back to the relevant person to rectify with training.
Meeting time, to discuss any problems which potential could rise in the department, next steps written down to be carried out by end of day.
Breakfast, Sausages, beans and Toast washed down with a cup of coffee.
Once Breakfast has been completed time to review where everyone is in the department and for me to write in the Safe and Legal Book and next steps to be completed.
I walk the shop with the department managers to ensure all labels are the correct size, no pricing errors could occur and all legal signage has been completed.
All hands to the pump to rumble the shop floor.
Make sure all the paperwork is filed away and all duties have been completed then to home where my day of domestic duties then begins.
