Anyone got the phone number to get autherisation code from payslip site?
It used to come up when you tried to log-in.
Fed up of asking for a code in-store!

BT is 'technically' time you owe the company. If you are contracted to work 7.50 hours on a bank holiday but only work 5.50 hours you 'technically' owe Tesco 2.00 hours. All BT means is that you have worked 2.00 hours overtime (which you have been paid for) but the HRAM system now assumes you've paid back the missing 2.00 hours.

Thank you for your replies 808774947 and Dirty-Donkey, I will be asking questions the next time I clock in, and the BT was at the bottom right of the wage slip  Dirty-Donkey. :)

Best.

You haven't lost any money as a result of the BT showing on your payslip. It is more an administration tool to correct HRAM. You do still get paid for the overtime which triggered the BT code.
