Hi can anyone help ??? I would like to get an email to Dave Lewis or his team does anyone have an email address.  I used one posted on here but it's not in use any more, cheers.

It's amazing how quickly things get resolved when you contact Dave's team, but beware - they will almost certainly forward your email to the store manager who will share it with lead team & so the whole store will know what you've sent! For weeks after I did it random members of staff were coming up asking if what they heard was true & "I can't believe that you dared do it".

In my case, senior management, cluster pm &  area pm all insisted that my issue was outside of company policy and absolutely nothing could be done to rectify the issue - I knew they were BSing so emailed the top - it very quickly got resolved in my favour once messages started flowing from above. I know of a couple of other instances where emailing the top got rapid action - mind you, it does need to be serious matters for them to act.

Most email addresses at head office have changed to @tesco.com  as opposed to @uk.tesco.com, add both in the "to" line.

All head office ones are now @tesco.com

If you use uk.tesco.com though it still diverts through so doesn’t make a difference


Dave.lewis@tesco.com goes to someone in the customer service centre who then directs it to an appropriate person.

If you actually want to send it to Dave, use D.J.L@tesco.com and that goes through to him.

Rusty cogs in my place that should consult the training manual. I have never seen the place such a mess. Top shelfs full, back stock a growing mess and in stores on the rise. The list is endless. A bomb site springs to mind.

Not enough staff to fill said shop,it's a comment problem in all stores,if you was to see my store then you would wonder how we make over £1.5 million a week.
