Does anyone else’s store have a heavy team of managers constantly micromanaging?! Like is it one of the criteria’s to become a Tesco manager - must micromanage all staff constantly?! I’m actually getting so sick and fed up of it! Some managers think certain tasks are beneath them and don’t like to get their hands dirty and get stuck in! Zero respect for these awful people! Can I politely tell them that they’re really getting on my nerves? 🤣

My store even the managers pull out a cage and help stock all the shelves. my manager and even another manager after they clock out are still hanging around helping even though they clocked off work. (my manager told me he was going but 40 minutes later her was splitting the deliveries for us - before he finally left)

Protector line, it will need to be investigated and then you will be untouchable, I guarantee they will back off.
