Frozen pay
« on: 09-11-17, 04:22PM »
Can anyone point me in the direction of where to find info on the accrued Frozen pay kept when first started??

I think it was for colleagues pre ?2005? who had their first weeks wage withheld. It used to be on policies for people, but can't find the relevant information anywhere on the updated version now ??? ???

I read it that everyone who started before 2003 should get a weeks pay when they leave. Their wages clark can check it no longer says on the payslip that we were entitled to this but it def says on the HR screen

If you are being transferred / taken over on the 4th December by Vision Express and you have over thirty years of service with Tosco are you being allowed to keep your staff discount card ?, what with your length of service plus your age adding up to 80 years in total possibly? , or are they saying you no longer qualify for discount card due to being transferred over to Vision Express ?.

I am keeping my card, it's a bit of a help I'm still hurt though that they can do this and I don't even get a chance of redundancy.
