Can someone help?  I work pre sort and also unload lorries as well. I am trained, wear my safety boots and we have a scissor lift.  The duty manager told me I had to unload the fresh lorry by myself.  Now I know I'm only 5ft nothing and a slim girl, I really don't mind doing

Hi, can anyone give advice please. I was off sick with a knee injury for 5 weeks. As my knee is no better, awaiting MRI, I am working in my local store as its easier for me to get to. In the recent reward booklet it gives an example of someone working part time earning £8500, yet the same person gets back £1000 in staff discount.This means they have to spend all there wages plus an extra £1500 on shopping in Tesco.
