A 55 merc with fully loaded trailer was parked in a ditch between Beccles and Great Yarmouth on the 14th. Driver ok, swerved when a duck hit the screen (that woke him up then) ;D

Pictures to follow 8)

Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

Biffer

Was booking off in the office tonight when a TTM received a phone call from a concerned member of the public, asking if we would not mind coming to collect the stock which was falling from the back of the trailer on the A127 towards Southend.
Sorry, was the answer, give Snodland a ring. Ooops, very little helps.

The Chepstow that went over at Merlins Bridge , Haverford west was a subby driver and unit. I went past about 15 mins after it happened.

Harlow had a roll over on the clock tower roundabout in Harlow on-route to a store, The vehicle apparently landed on a ford escort trapping a mother and daughter in the car and lucky enough they are both ok but in shock. The agency driver suffered a broken leg in the process and was taken to the hospital. ;)

HARLOW ROLLOVER-Drivers tachograph shows speed on approach to roundabout was 56MPH, actual speed limit on approach road is 40MPH. Calculated speed taken from tachograph chart when vehicle toppled and hit the road was 44MPH. This information courtesy of Essex Police after tachograph chart anaylsis. The aforementioned driver was not a Tesco driver but an agency driver. Pending prosecution for dangerous driving, good job I say.

The Guvnor

I only hope that this driver is taken off the road for a very long time.

Any update on the people in the car?

56 MILES AN HOUR TOWARD A 40 MPH ROUNDABOUT, imagine him with full load of frozen or beer delivery,,,, the driver deserves a ban at least.

Imagine if the roundabout was busy, dosent bear thinking about  :o

Please don't use blasphemy as part of a posting. Some people are offended by it. Thank you. The Guvnor.
