Internal Interview Questions
« on: 10-02-18, 07:33PM »
Hello All,

I've applied for a vacancy in my store to add to my current hours and I was just wondering if anyone knew or could remember what the 8 Internal Interview questions are? Unless the interview structure has changed since I last had an interview of course. Which is why I am asking, the thought of an Interview is making me nervous!  :( I want to avoid having a mind blank in the interview if I am lucky enough to be offered one.

I'm sure I remember being asked to give an example of the last time I learnt something new, last time I worked in a team and something like when I showed organisational skills.

Any help will be much appreciated.  :)

Have a look on our Tesco under opportunities to get on.
The 3 key areas are around judgement,  drive and influencing.

It could depend on the job . I heard a few weeks back that for an f&f interview you now are taken to the department and have to put an outfit together so they can see if you have a flair for merchanding.

What level is the job you've applied for? The recent interview pack that was provided for the Admin job was all the old question, customer focus, drive, team work , personal intergrity, managing change....
